Plenty of fruit and vegetables, eight glasses of water a day, fish of all types plus dark chocolate 85% of cocoa make a trick for me. Do I need collagen? No I don’t ! Almond, flaxseed, nuts, all rich of vitamin E are my choices.

Excited about the dark chocolate!! Instead of collagen, I use silica - it's healthier and less expensive. And for Omega 3, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds and spirulina are my favorite, safest sources since all fish contain microplastics and lots of toxins we don't want. I also keep a vegan Omega 3 supplement as a back up.

Hey Christina, you are an incredible soul who is making an honest effort in helping people, and I am thankful to having found your video, but I have a question: In the other video, you said high histamine diet worsens skin conditions. But here, you recommend collagen peptides as a supplement to improve skin, but isn't it high in histamines? Is there anything that can be done to reduce histamine response of collagen supplement (including gelatin, bone broth)
@FlawlessChristina
@FlawlessChristina 7 жыл бұрын
+Kiran Attal thanks so much, I'm glad you liked the video! I'm not sure that collagen has a high histamine profile... Histamine is mostly found in fermented foods (like fermented meat, cheese, etc). If you want to lessen a high histamine response you could just reduce the high histamine foods. That's what I do for my skin and its helped greatly! 😊

Hi Christina! Yup, consuming collagen reallyyyyy helps my skin. I started adding collagen as my supplement after having a really bad eczema break out almost two years ago. However, I always have to keep buying the supplement (which is quite expensive) as once I stop consuming it, my eczema will flare up once again. is there any natural ways to keep supplying my body with enough collagen? Oh and one more thing, I am allergic to mackerel, tuna and other seafood,so yeah maybe those who are also allergic to these food, you may get omega 3 from other sources like walnuts and spinach :) Btw, good tips and I love watching your videos ^^

I am a very happy and going person, I am from Chile I started seeing some symptoms and i was diagnosed of Hv2 and I was devastated but I didn't stop cause I Needed a cure to be happy again and i started reading books and watching KZfaq until i contacted DR Oko-Oboh who told ne everything will be alright and he prepared a herbal medicine and shipped it to me and i got cured and free after the first and second medication which lasted for only a month. I would urge you to contact him via doctorookoboh234@gmail.com or via Whatsapp; +2349131601786 or through his Facebook page facebook.com/DrOko-oboh-Solution-Centre-108368887703450/ . @elegantwoes9590
@elegantwoes9590 7 жыл бұрын
Chia, Flax and Hemp seeds. They contain a whole lot more omega-3 than fatty fish like salmon and the best part is they are tasteless. You can add it into anything you want: smoothies, salads or porridge. They are fairly easy to require and it isn't that pricey.

Thanks a lot! Hmm I think it's called pasture raised collagen. 😊 It depends on you but if you get really dark chocolate like 80%, that actually has less sugar than a banana 😉.

My only comment will be that, please don't consume any protein products which are commercially made; since collagen will be first digested to the level of amino acid and then absorb just like other amino acid, instead try to eat food that is rich in these aminoacids such as beef cartilage or whole fish with cartilage soups.
