Ik it’s non of my business but if you lay flooring instead of tile in a bathroom water can easily swell up the floors and make them warped

The problem I'm having with the jigsaw on the smaller 90° cuts is, even when using a piece of thick wood as a guide, the blade wiggles and the cuts don't come out straight. Any techniques that help with this?

Привет Владимир Владимирович, у каждого мужчины есть определенный набор инструментов, чтобы делать небольшой ремонт. Достаточно ножовки и молотка, чтобы собрать пол, только это займет больше времени. Инструмент на этом видео ускорит работу. Иногда он обойдется дешевле, чем будет стоит работа приглашенного мастера. Это видео для тех, кто хочет сделать сам. Лучше, конечно, пригласить мастера.

Hi Rinat, that saw has a laser and also a mark on the bottom plate to get the right position for the blade. I don't have any problem with cutting the laminate or vinyl floor with this saw. Thanks for your question!

I've tried cutting my laminated wood with a wood cutting blade in my Zig, but it chips. I even tried cutting with the wrong side up... better, but tiny chips. Is it the blade or 🤷🏽♀️. Should I use a different kind if blade? In a comment above you said a plastic cutting blade?

@@tieastsmith2700 Hi, if you don't have another blade, put painter's tape over the cutting line, and cut the piece. It should help, otherwise buy blade for plastic or for metal. Thanks!

Like the video. What’s the best tool to remove the lip of a click laminate board? I have removed a damaged board. I have the new board but need to trip this narrow piece so the replacement board fits. It’s quite narrow, but I can’t do it with a block sander. Hope this makes sense.

I don’t understand your question. If you ask about jigsaw blades, there is manufacturer recommended blades specific for wood, plastic and metal. If you installing vinyl flooring, use blade for plastic. Very simple.

Thanks. I wasn’t sure if I needed a special tooth on a jigsaw blade for cutting laminate flooring. I have a good blade for a chop saw but didn’t want to ruin it.

There is no one single answer. For big cutting you need a jigsaw machine with great blades. And for around the edges and detailing probably a oscillating cutter

Я поэтому даже не пытался видосы выставлять, хотя домочадцы настаивали))) Я не так часто подобные работы делаю. но инструменты те же, только вместо utility knife пользуюсь ножом для резки ( царапания) плексиглаза, у него лезвие толще и типа крючок на конце, стабильнее по кромке угольника идет и нет риска по пальцам резануть.
