some improvements i'm hoping for as someone who's been playing almost everyday for over 3 years: - being able to pin or separate your fave emotes in order to access them quicker, and still keep the "last used" section. Or, even have settings where you can display between different listing options: as it is now, in the order of old to new emotes and vice versa, most used to least used etc. - allowing us to carry more than one accessory!!! i have so many but i never use them as i always travel with torch (running out of flight power and looking for environmental charge points just slows the game too much). Especially now with the selfie feature, you have to constantly carry the camera in order to catch cool moments but now you can't carry instruments or charging items. I feel like they should allow us to carry 3 items, eg: one for music/prop, one for camera, one for charging (then give you the option to toggle which to show on your back). This gives you the opportunity to make use of all your accessories (free, paid for, season pass etc) and not feel like you've wasted resources to invest in them only for it to gather dust. With this you can personalize your skykid way more, have more props for on the go selfies, and generally have more fun. No more going to home space to quickly change accessories. Otherwise, TGC needs to incorporate more changing rooms throughout the maps so you can change accessories on the go if need be without teleporting. - why not have the special event candles revert to normal candles once the event finishes? scam - getting pretty tired of all the events and needing to watch youtube videos for updates. It's like you can't follow whats happeining in-game without following some kind of social media channel for updates. Have each event guide, well i don't know, GUIDE you more. If you have trouble, go to a guide for assistance (like the guide can come with a set of question options for you to choose from, Sims style) eg: click on guide, go to a question mark icon, and a whole set of prompts pop up, like "what are special event candles" "help i can't find candles please help me look for them" "what activities are available" "any time sensitive activities (like the concert every 15min at the anniversary)" - i'ts been years and no other ways for collecting hearts? the old way is not working for a lot of players and so they have limited heart currency, not allowing them to buy certain cosmetics. Just introduce humanitarian activities which gifts hearts; eg, all daily tasks relating to friends - like hugging a friend etc - should reward hearts, not candles. Have a set of tasks dedicated to candle collecting (4) and another set to hearts (2). Other friendly activities may include: chatting with a friend for over ten minutes, help 5 players fully recharge their capes by deep calling, guide a moth, etc etc. Encourage good friendly behaviour with hearts!!! - NO MORE CUTSCENES. I've been playing for so long, i'm tired of seeing them!! Skip button for ALL cutscenes (ESPECIALLY the flying boats in Valley) - more options for camera angles. We have our standard 3rd person, how about a 1st person view? And please an overhead camera angle!! i hate going to Eden with the wonky moving camera, i just want a wide stable overhead view to see where im going and which statues to light - this wll never happen, but im still so upset my seasonal pass snorkel mask is no different in ability to the "free" one. I wanted more underwater time!! I understand not wanting to give IAP players more of an advantage, but like, im paying money for an advantage arent i????? Same now with the free vs premium camera: why isn't there any difference? the whole "ultimate reward" is a scam, and a joke. Players invest actual MONEY for this TGC, just give them the advantage!!!! might even boost you sales!! Why can't the premium camera have more settings compared to the basic camera, like being able to add filters, Sky official stickers, and so on. YOU GIVE ULTIMATE REWARD A BAD NAME, TGC, WHAT A SHAM - i hate doors needing +1 players to open it. Just slows the game, wastes time. Just allow players to light each door one at a time without it fading, is it such a big deal? - PLEASE TGC, WE NEED FAST TRAVEL WE ARE BEGGING YOU. Allow players to have the ability to set up like 5 fast travel points which they can move around as they wish (personalize playing a bit more, especially for those of us with limited playing time and just wnating do get their daily candle run routine in) - just make Do Not Disturb an actual feature and not a limited use spell we need to buy you greedy fuc- - in-game ID. When you light a player and feel comfortable with sharing, you can show them your SKYkid ID (like a number, username etc) So when there's a case of neither you nor the other play have candles on hand to accept friend request, or you are scared of a server change, you have the option of a player identifying you other than befriending them. This can also allow players to identify & report troublemakers - the cloud paths are ridiculously annoying to access, needs a bit polishing up. Maybe instead of clouds just have all the entrances on an island, each entrance leading to the cloud vortex for each realm? I understand the aesthetic and purpose of how it is now but it's impractical. Kinda just wish they had a separate easy to access homespace for the seasonal realms (going to hidden forest then to the flight realm and THEN going into the cloud vortex takes too much time and controlling the skykid while in the clouds is tricky) - shall i suggest pets? little jellyfish, butterfly, birb companions you can equip to help you recharge on the way when u don't have friends to fly with. As a longterm solo player, it's a bummer not having the ability to recharge whilst flying, and sometimes the game gets lonely. I want a lil friend to join me on my travels but also not have me stress too muh about server issues and socializing - introduce more permanent activities to interact with in-game to allow you to harvest more candles/hearts. Like the valley race just rewarding you one candle is a joke. Have many past seasonal activies which are still active (like in hidden forest) rewards candles.The more u play & interact = more currency. The reward system in this game needs a touch up. Players feel burnt out because they play long hours but still need to grind in order to afford cosmetics/ constellation/friendship trees. The currency system now isn't optimal; we need more sources for collecting candles. there's more, but this is enough rambling for now.

All I'm saying is, the only thing I want is the ability to pin my favorite emotes so I don't have to scroll a thousand miles everytime looking for them

Most players who have been around for years tend to not want to add new players because their friends list is GIGANTIC and its alot of candles to light on a daily basis

I've noticed since season of assembly that the more the fanbase grows, the more likely bad players join. The game hasn't always been this bad when it comes to newbies, I personally spoil every new player I meet and treat them very kindly. The bugs however have been an issue for over a year, hopefully TGC finds ways to improve them.

The first issue: I think the first person wasn't very rude when you went up to them and tried to friend them, it's not like they mocked you or anything...they just went away. There are many reasons as to why someone may not want a new friend, for example: 1. moths often go inactive after you friend them 2. I've had moths follow me around and beg for cosmetics/season passes, and treat me like their personal uber. 3. Friend constellation is full 4. you just don't want new friends/antisocial. It goes both ways. No harm in friending someone, no harm in them not wanting to friend you. The second person was kinda weird tho, but let's be honest: players like them aren't that common unless you go looking for them. The traveling spirits: we DO get new spirits...did we all forget Narcissist showed up literally a week ago?? I think it's fair to interchange new traveling spirits and old ones because HELLO not everyone has been playing for the same amount of time. Weren't you just upset about how moths are treated? It's not a huge deal if a spirit you already got shows up, if anything you get to save your candles. The whole point of a traveling spirit is sometimes they're good, sometimes they're not. And the returning spirits! They literally fix your entire issue with not wanting old traveling spirits to return! By bringing back a bunch of spirits at the same time, TGC is making room for NEW ones to come through quicker. And recolor items: Yeah? Just don't buy them LMAO the premium IAPs are mainly there to show your support to the company and they're like collector items in a way. You can take em or leave em.

This is why I research IAPs before I even consider buying them. Also, an emote finder definitely wouldn't hurt :'D

Sky does have a number of problems, and I also love the game. One of the main points of the game is socialization, but socialization is locked behind candles. I get that is their way of trying to encourage people to engage with the game, but if the choice is between spending candles on being social with a stranger who you don’t even know if you want to be friends with or buying on a cool cosmetic you want, then I would go with the cosmetic. The IAPs are too expensive. I get it, tgc wants to make money, but $29.99 for a VIRTUAL item is too much. That much money for a cute little plushie? I’d rather just purchase one in real life for the same price. IMO IAPs should be more like $4.99 - $9.99 MAX. The game is repetitive. If you aren’t invested in your sky friends or in getting cosmetics, there really is nothing there. I wish tgc would add in more creative ways to play the game. I wouldn’t even mind mini quests. “Go find the special pink crab and bring it to this special place or spirit” or “find a special song to unlock a secret area with more lore” or whatever. They might be bad examples but honestly there needs to be more game there. You can only play so much Toss the Crab Plushie, sit at so many tables, or run the same cr over and over again before it starts getting old.

Well that's why it's more f2p friendly because the IAP items are just different skins so if you don't have money you can just go with the free. At least I think.

With the ever-growing popularity of Sky, we're seeing a delightful mix of players like some veterans who have been here for around 2 years, others loyal to the game from its early days on the Switch, and a constant influx of newcomers also joining. So, when it comes to the travelling spirits, we have a unique situation. For new players, encountering them is an exciting novelty, while for seasoned players with comprehensive collections, it presents a challenge since they already possess the cosmetics. To create a harmonious experience for both new and old players, perhaps we could consider giving a chance to some of the older travelling spirits. This way, everyone can find joy.

My only problems with sky is it has too much camera movement causing me to constantly have to keep swiping to get it to the angle i want, and you cant adjust camera sensitivity

I also do hope elders and ultimate gifts are reworked, as I feel the whole “you had to be there to get the ultimates” heavily relies on FOMO. The issue is though that you don’t wanna take away the effort from those who earned it via the season and making an alt version goes against the idea so that’s off the table. I think a good solution would be to have something in orbit similar to the other elders, where you complete all the spirits (I.E. Buy everything from the TSes associated with the season), you can buy their ultimate gifts (probably for a lot of ascended candles). This way people aren’t excluded from the items because they weren’t there and the put more effort in to actually get them so those who earned them in the season don’t feel cheated as much. Idk it’s a difficult thing to balance and maybe some day these items won’t be locked to the void. I’m not really sure if my idea is the best,

#1 hits so hard. My sky philosophy is exactly what that random said: We were all new once. And if that ONE person stuck around and hung out with me then I wouldn't feel the need to say this. One way to circumvent this: don't get chibi mask 1st. Spring for the table/chair, like I did. Made things way easier! Only unlock chats with regulars you see are on pretty often. MANAGE your favorite friends list constellations (move out inactives :'( ) and do NOT be afraid to tele to an online friend. Even when there busy stopping by to bow or even say hey always brightens my day! ❤

This is not limited to toxic players alone. A substantial number of long-term Sky players, spanning approximately one year, have extensive social circles within the game. They often play in groups. So, they may find themselves preoccupied and may not have sufficient availability to guide newcomers.

The biggest issue i see is TGC lack of care about fixing their broken game is unbelievable that after 2 years a lot of glitches bugs performance issues havent been touch running players including me experience but lets not talk about the benefit ones because they work their life to fix those

A good tip for meeting people on sky is to do eden runs! Usually people are really kind and eager to help you. It's hard for me not to run into a bunch of people and complete the run with them lol

I know you didn’t complain about reoccurring traveling spirits and then shown 3 traveling spirits who have appeared multiple times already saying you need them😭😭😭

A lot of new players come to the game. I get at least a moth a day trying to friend me. And most often we haven't had any interaction at all- they just light me up and immediately add me as a friend. I don't accept because we have barely interacted, and I don't want them to waste their candles on me. But I always do the "no" emote and then the "kiss" emote to let them know it's not because of something about them. If I've got time I'll set up a table to chat with them and let them know why. However if it's a moth I've interacted with or helped through a realm I'm glad to accept friendship. That's my attitude towards it right now :)

Wow 0:48 I got mentioned here hehe. Many toxic players indeed i can testify to that wayback when i was a moth. Its rare to find genuine friends unless u become a vet urself coz many judge you by your appearance/ attire in the game thats why i bought IAP to kinda feel good and never looked down upon by the way my skykid looked (sad reality even irl). Im trying to keep up and stay in the game since i have a goal and few nice people i got acquianted to. My faith stands til this day that there are nice players still coz i met them occasionally 😊

I may adress few issues with this video and that is the understanding of Sky. The game itself does not have much of a content, true, but majority of times you do something, you do it yourself. Try looking at it as making your own content rather than waiting endlessly to get one on a silver plate ^-^. It represents how real life works so much. You can sit in middle of nowhere and do nothing or go into beautiful area and try playing an instrument. Maybe you find an instrument that you like. Maybe you realize that for some songs are other instruments better than the other. So yes, the game has little of actual content, but every time I turn the game on I have more things to do than what I will actually do. Next up is the playerbase. A game that is free to play allows different people to come and play. I have heard of toxic people and also I have seen them. But it is much like real life anyway (mentioned above). Sorry that you couldnt find friends but as to what you showed, that is not how you are making friends. Sorry that some people treat you badly, I never myself did that. If I see a moth that automatically tries to befriend me I kindly appreciate the moment with some lovely emotes but I politely decline. Exception is when I see a moth having trouble with the area, then I let everything I had in plan and help them. Another thing are API items. To talk to example of the guiltar, I did not even know we had a blue variant as well @.@ I thought there was just one. Other items are more for the player base. There are people that will pay a bit of money for something that is bit extra, I am that kind of a person that buys some things just because they look bit better than the other. To say that TGC is 'looting' is bit more dramatized than what I would say. We have content creators all over beta that talk about new things since they are in WIP level of development so we know exactly what we are dealing with. Traveling spirits. Traveling spirits come back by chance, there isnt a pre-set cycle of all the spirits that could come at some point. Yes, players had issues with it and TGC is now making events when 4 spirits come at the time. Out of 4 spirits mentioned that were shown in the video, Pianist was here during days of music, not so long ago, and crab whisperer will be comming by soon enough. I do believe I covered most for the things mentioned in the video. For those 3 people that got at the end of this comment: I am sorry that you had to read trough all of it ; - ; . Cheers o/

If you think TGC is looting us... trust me it's not. The guitar, harp and electric guitar is probably mainly there for players that weren't able to get those instruments like the guitar, and there's still another way to get them right? Some games don't even give you another choice other than buying stuff. It's not like they force you to buy it, right? there's always another way to get it

Honestly the most fun I have is with Eden, which is why I hope more content with risk like Eden is added. Also I’m still annoyed that pretty much everything from shattering is locked off, since that season didn’t have spirits in the normal sense.

in all my time of being a sky player, i’ve seen plenty of toxicity. but there’s one person i saw that was so irredeemably toxic that i quite genuinely felt that they didn’t deserve this game. they took the cake It was a message boat near the return shrine, in which they were trying to justify making traveling spirits IAP. They had the logic that “It’s not us vets’ fault that we were here during the season and got special stuff.” They acted like all veterans had the money to buy the season pass when a season was there, and like all vets had the money to buy traveling spirit things too. this was back in mid-2021.

Can you specify the "toxic" behavior towards newcomers? If its because some veterans dont want to add moths as a friend, or when some people suddenly left, i see no problem in doing so. As veteran myself my friendlist is full, and most moths i met just become inactive after 3 days to 1 week after playing sky, some of moths who sticks around become a jerk and begging for me to buy cosmetics and Adventure Pass for them and being rude, some of them turned out a pe*v*rt and preying over my friend who was a minor, this made me really selective when adding people in sky. Also People dont have obligation to befriend every new player are they? Its good if they do it, but they are not obligated to do so.

Im sorry you had a bad experience with sky. It makes me angry that some of the community would act that way. I promise you not all of us are like that. I hope in time, maybe you give the game another chance. But its totally up to you. Have a nice morning/ noon/ night :)

ill give my own imput and its not meant to be mean or anything do not take it out of context. as someone who codes, designed small games etc, looked at game, what makes them tick; for the point of things being the same, i have something to say. idk what the reason was for the performance instruments exactly but when it comes to these items that act the same, like seasonal items, ill give one good reason, TGC wanted to be fair to their playerbase, especially with the camera, and diving mask. both were very important milestones, one adding the underwater mechanic in the game, the other added the new camera feature (tbh its kinda cool i can now take good pictures on switch now lol). but as stated it was to be fair to the playerbase. TGC listens to their player base and responds accordingly. however i do have something to say about the TGC guitar, yes its cool but also im asking the same question . . . _why?_ i do agree for that one there's no reason it should sound the same (who knows it might eventually change) another thing is i'm sad that as a normal player that is a switch veteran (coined it, been playing since it launched on the switch), that some instruments, those being the ULT instruments i will never own. at least the aurora instrument was unique . . . in short 3 things, TGC wants to be fair, yes they are trying to milk us (idm as long as it keeps this game running and i get cool cosmetics), and that sometimes what TGC decides is very strange indeed. i will always love this game and even though cr and wl runs are sometimes a pain . . . the friends around the world i have met via sky . . . i can't replace them and that is the true meaning behind sky. to unite players around the world and to prove that there is truly kind people still out there ^^

So I think a big issue that a lot of people don't like to talk about is how friending new players can be exhausting considering you have to type everything out to explain everything there is in the game. Like don't get me wrong. Making friends with new plays is great and i enjoy it. But I do get sick of typing. They need to make voice chat for everyone. Especially mobile players. I can talk ton my PS. But most peeps play on mobile so it kinda sucks typing all the time. With love❤

I was thinking about the store item versus the free items the other day when I seen the surfboard. I feel no game mechanics like that should be locked behind paywall n there should be a free earnable version that just a grey bland color but it had me thinking of how to make the store versions of items be worth it for those who by them n a good idea would be if they have effect coming off them like how level 2 n 4 emotes work compared to there level 1 n 3 counterpart.

The first point has been an issue for a while, and I think the reason is fairly simple. New players are more likely to be trolls and are often cruel, and those that aren't often quit early. The other thing is in early days I don't want new players wasting candles on friending people when we might not even speak the same language. Sky players are majority kind to everyone. But 'kind" does not mean "willing to be friends." And I don't think that will ever change in the game. However it's easy to make friends using the discord server. Literately just typing 'I'm a new player, does anyone want to play with me" and you'll get so many people offering.

I'm a season of Performance moth, I didn't know to do dailies or candle run at all-- I missed out on a lot of the cosmetics :( I feel a lot of burnout so I took a hiatus for the season of Passage, and when you do buy the pass you feel OBLIGATED to drag yourself through the game to get your money's worth. Also the price of some cosmetics are INSANE (their merch store too). The game felt so magical and stunning when I first played, everything was so fun and the quests I did for every season kept me occupied until I had nothing to do really :,)

I AGREE WITH THIS,i slightly disagree with the second one, but anyways, the third one, i agree. I cant say mucu since i havent played the game again in over a year, but, TGC should get more creative on usage + items + instruments, i feel like they should make more new musical stuff instead of repeating, or just, not making it at all and if they do repeat it atleast dont make it AP or IAP, theres def hundreds of instruments they most likely havent made (prove me if im wrong :)) I just feel like, as a 2021 player, that sky is getting more and more greedy + repetitive, they keep trying to add new stuff and seasonal candles are so strict that if you like dont even log in for 3 days you might not be able to complete said season, which i guess why traveling spirits are there, they also do AMAZING seasons like season of abyss that had a new mechanic of swimming underwater and i LOVED that but i feel like they never really did anything more with that mechanic.

Only thing i find with people wanting more out of more 'premium' versions of items, is it just locks even more behind a paywall, and free-to-play players are gonna find it even harder to keep up, the alternative versions are simply just to give a little extra flare to those who can afford it

Also I think the instruments that sound the same would seem less scummy if they give people BIG disclaimers or reminder that their counterparts all sound the same, and it's just for style. Wow, tgc is definitely awful gor making a 2nd electric guitar for players who weren't around for that season. I hate them so much for giving me the opportunity to actually play songs that only sound good with that guitar for once. And I definitely hate that tgc didn't add any extra features to the ultimate camera, so that free players aren't excluded from the fun! Especially since this is a new permanent feature. And thank you so much for showing beta content with no warning, so we can all know exactly what to expect with absolutely 0 surprise.

There also generally rude players, as I play since release the community changed so much, I remember as all started as moth all would help, now now one helping, all grinding cosmetics, run through other players, stay stand beside geyser or on the granny table ( I speak not from real afk players they work or have other tasks) there literally people talk or make bulky emotes or run through other players but never help… it’s sad that people can’t behave and be kind, I miss the old nice sky community.

The game leans heavily on cosmetic, ‘cause if there’s any extra function for the paid items, it wouldn’t be fair to the f2p players. They try their best not to turn buying items into a race/competition. For p2p players, the paid items only look nicer, and that’s it. If there’s anything that give them an edge over the others, the game’d be broken in no time…

About instruments that sound the same but looks different, a Switch pack had an instrument that sounds the same like the Pull -up spirit from season of passage.. and again, the whole thing costs money and yet don't feel difference playing the instruments.

I only have two main friends I play with in Sky and I've been having a lot of Sky Blocks lately to the point I might even delete the game. I'm a returning player due to a crash on my previous device that made me delete the game and playing Sky with fresh eyes was like i was in 2020 again. 🥰 Now the game is slowly getting boring with my only two sky friends there making me keep going somehow. What I want for Sky is some more fun activities for solo players, new players, veterans etc, like: 1. Make candle running more fun and less like a chore by having more races, puzzles, songs to play, etc. Races are fun and so are puzzles and figuring out how to play music sheets. We all like those, right? *-speaking if races, I feel like the game should ask if you want to have a solo race or race with other players before you begin. I hate having races with other players at the flying race and waiting for someone else to join me at Hermit Hill. Let us have solo and multiplayer races choices before we begin.* 2. Pets sounds nice. I made my requests after reading someone elses. Credit to whoever suggested pets. Would be helpful to have a Light pet heal your wings and keep you company. If yall can't do that, then let the Manta plush heal my wings then. Make it more worth the 17 Hearts. 3. Hell, I dig being able to TALK and grow relationships with seasonal and vanilla spirits! That sounds fun for solo players. Maybe even let them give you a side quest like: "This-spirit needs a candle from That-other-spirit. Find That-other-spirit near Vault of Knowledge entrance to get a candle for This-spirit." Those side quests can help build a relationship and maybe even give you candles, hearts, or a spell as a thank you. 🥰 *-I feel like those side quest might also help with the Sky Lore cause it seems like the ancestors know each other if you watch certain memories closely.* 4. Keep the Aurora concert and make it like a once every month activity? We miss it and Season of Aurora was the season i rejoined Sky in. 🥹 What i'm saying is: More fun actives are needed! Also, PLEASE MAKE COLLECTING HEARTS MORE EASY! 😭 Its hard getting likes on my notes and memories cause i don't gett any! Make the hearts exactly like how y'all do candles. You're able to collect one heart for FREE (maybe) once a day from every seasonal Guide or one heart from every vanilla spirit for free once a day? But yeah, I'm done. :D

I understand your problems here. I have that problems too. As 2020 and F2P player, Sky gets too much about money more than social. I do cr 15 candles a day and I done it less than a hour. So I can be rich, but at same time, it’s little greedy. Also, I sometimes get mad when the most likely cosmetics are IAP and KZfaqr says about it: “oh look, it’s so cool. Guys, you must buy this”. Dude, this is so frustrating to other players and Sky KZfaqrs don’t care about it. As solo player, TGC must also pay attention to those players, because they like to be with one person or alone just like me. I don’t like bullies(toxic people) and strict people. Speaking of the twin cosmetics, I like that they add those things so F2P players can have fun with it, I don’t care about the differences. About seasons, they are really so great to me and I can do there what I want. Ts comes with chance too, but other thing is that when it’s the same, you can save your candles for next one. You should just focus some personal opinion of other players than yourself, so we can love this game just like me.

another thing that I'm not sure anyone's pointed out is the pressure of candle running and being " active " in game when doing wax events, even including the afk wax areas. they keep removing the ability to sit down and just collect wax ( by removing the shared spaces in certain areas ) and it burns me out a bit more when playing sky bc some ppl like me don't have the energy all the time to do full crs, and doing the afk wax helped a lot with that.

I also quit sky 2 years ago because: 1. All my friends also quit. 2.candle run is getting exhausting it's more of a requirement than having fun. 3.i do help moths but it's also exhausting some of them are nice but the others are also rude..

All of these are fair and honest points. Certainly in the end, Sky is a product made to make people cash-in or at least spend more playtime on it. I play sky for periods of time and I sometimes just stop playing to reduce fomo. I’m sorry to say there isn’t a proper conclusion, because it’s all how you play the game as. Some are rich, some don’t have time. It isn’t a game for everyone. Good video for discussion!

Honestly this is why I can't stand most veteran players. They can really be so fn rude..(not all but about 90% ive met). I've played now for almost a year and any moth that tries to light me up I welcome with open arms and accept all new friends. Then I do some blessings for them and they can enjoy a new cape for a while or new cute instrument. I have big love for moths because I use to be one!!💕💯

For me I personally stopped adding moth looking cuz they leave always... I rather be alone then to be abandoned again....

As a veteran player, I no longer like to meet moths. I spend my candles on them to build friendships, but they seem to quit and not play for long.

i played sky cotl for the longest time, but i stopped playing just last year. i just couldnt handle the seasons. every season, it was a repetitive and boring process to try and collect season candles, just logging in and running around every, single, day. when a spirit returns, i run around and collect normal candles, which is also very repetitive and boring. i think the game is wonderful, but its not meant to be played for a long period of time. play through it a few times, meet some new people, and just end it off with "wow, that was a cool game, lets move on." the problem i have with it is that tgc clearly tries to get players to stay, and tries to make players run around and repeatedly collect candles (like what i used to do). i just wish the game had less grinding. the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, but the only thing i really felt when i rushed to collect seasonal items was stress.

I'm curious about the rationale behind adding more premium items that might appear similar to the free ones. Would I be paying for these items mainly cause they look different?

If you are a moth then make friends with other moths (why don't you give them a chance...) And I'm glad that TGC gives a chance to get something not only with real money

I can't help but wonder how people have so many interesting cosmetics. I've been playing since release and I only have 3 capes. And truly Sky gives me some of the worst FOMO I've ever experienced. Pff, take a few months off because of life, welppp now you've missed so many events that you'll never get back.

I think TGC is quite greedy,like why would you pay 30$ just for one guitar? Or the same price-or even more,for one measly cape who maybe has different winged light shapes.There are nice free cosmetics,but when you decide to spend your money its just really expensive.I know they wanna make money,but who wants to spend 30$,especially when you're young and don't have that much money,on literally ONE cape??I wanna get some cool cosmetics but i don't wanna spend 70$ on one cape and a hair accessory.

Here a veteran player... This game originally made to play without complex tutorial, its giving them freedom to explore themselves... But nowadays, kids or some players out there literally too used with tutorials for this and that. New players now also seems like they cant enjoy it because of how many players are too complete in their design, which make them insecure. TGC should make a special servers for them... Maybe they need an AI players to help them

I've only been playing for a few days. I have been grinding and grinding for just one little cape and then I found out that it is UNREASONABLY expensive. 30 Hearts. For the base cape but a different color. 😬 There are many aspects of this game I LOVE, but the negative aspects are burning me out already. Yikes, TGC...

honestly, I help moths through wasteland every time I candle run through there. I've lost a fair amount of wings taking hits for them, I wish them all the best in their journeys but I'm still socially awkward so I don't often friend people. I can't keep up discussions with them :( On another note: I wish there was a nonlethal option for moths learning about krill. Scares me half to death seeing them try to melt that one darkness plant out in the middle of the krill death field. I will also like to add I've gotten better at communication, I'm still terrible at it but I am trying to be more open to friending people in general (not just moths).

one thing i find silly is that, a game where the core gameplay is mostly collecting cosmetics, why can we not make outfits to quickly switch between?
