How can it not?😮 Pick a goal, make a super tiny step towards it, do not stop for anything. Thats the bottom line of this book. Unless we try, this book won't make any sense. E.g for me Started journaling my everyday things. There were days i dont want to write, but after reading this book. I make an effort to write at least one line and stop. That's what this book does to you.
