From an art teacher trying to juggle resources for multiple classes, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!!!! Exactly what I was hoping for!

I ended up here at 4am through some very random internet searches and I am very pleased with what I have found. I'm a craft person and while this looks a little too dangerous for my skill level (I'm not even good at using an exact knife for paper hahaha), it is very satisfying to watch you carve and to learn what carve printing is. Beautiful, thank you for this.

So well narrated. Explained all of the basics in detail that were missing from dozens and dozens of videos I have already watched. I did not know how to make a Registration Board properly and did not know where to cut for proper placement of color after printing for example. Excellent video and I have subscribed to your Channel.

Some would say it's pointless to take such a complicated route, but I think that's the beauty of art. You don't always have to go the easy way, part of the art piece is how it was made. And this printing method makes it all the more special and unique. Much like Tibetan monk sand mandalas. 🖤❤🧡

Great video. Your registration device is such a good idea and also simple. I'll give this a go, thanks.

Wonderful job on this---truly helpful and simple too!!!! Aha moments, like the brilliant registration block, all w/just cardboard and mat knife, and the tape!!! Too excellent for words (why did that never even begin to occur to me?). And is the make-shift baren a wooden spoon??!---I've always used silver-plate spoons but they heat up viciously! Also just noticed the wonderful economy of the bench hook doubling as ink-palette---altogether great, thank you SO much for the degree to which in a matter of minutes you demystified a process that defied my imagination to figure out without guidance.

This is so awesome, thank you thank you thank you! I had no idea you can make prints without presses. The cheapest one I found was over 300 euros so I wouldn't want to get one for myself since I'm a poor student. I thought my only option was to rent a printmaking workshop and do things there, which is not how I prefer to operate. I made prints once when I was studying art, but we had a massive press there and I thought it was the only way to do printmaking "properly". Or even if it is, I don't really care since art has no rules, right? This was a really good tutorial.

Very nice video. Great, clear instructions. I would like to see a similar video at the end of which you show us which prints you chose to keep and which ones you rejected, and why.

Nicely informative but if you cut back on the ink rolled out you'll get much cleaner prints. You mentioned a velcro sound, aim for a shooshing sound.
