1. Be aware notice are you confident or not , check you body language and fix it 2. Body language should be very confident 3. Think when was you very confident and then go inside. 4. Accept if you don't know something ( don't fear about what if i don't know the answer) 6. Always be honest ( honesty gives you confidence) 7. Don't be overconfident ( when we are proving that i am right in all situations OR holding lie rather that honesty)

"Honesty comes from confidence." The best point he brought up is when you admit that you don't know the answer and you tell them I'll get back to you later that takes a lot of confidence.

"If you have good body language, cofidence will come automatically. Reverse of the general saying." This line change my presentation skills. I have some stammering problem. Before watching this video I had too much stammering in presentations,which was my weakest point. And after watching this video, I used to be confident in my body language 24*7. And on the day of presentation my stammering was reduced to just 10%. And every classmates admires me a lot. So it was like life changing experience for me. Thank You Sandeep sir. Learnings from this video -Change your body language (straighten your back and tell yourself your confident. Remember the time you were confident) to immediately feel more confident. -what you think & feel just before the interview decides your performance. -be absolutely honest. Confidently admit that you don't know a particular thing but you'll find it out.
