Lesson learned: NEVER EVER watch Gordon Ramsay's cooking videos while hungry at 12am at night, or you'll be sorry lol

The steak sandwich recipe is amazing, and indeed brought a smile to everyone's face. That is, until I had to explain to my wife why I dropped $75 US on a center-cut tenderloin filet just to make a half-dozen sammies. I suspect Gordon's definition and budget for "fun and casual" is a wee bit different than most. It was damn good, regardless, and well worth the banning from the kitchen for a month.

I’ve followed Ramsay for years and he never spares any details in his recipes and tutorials. He completes each video by actually ensuring the layman viewer can understand the process start to finish. Excellent

Chef Ramsey is the greatest Chef in the world in my opinion. Since I have been watching his cooking videos, also Reading his Books. I have learned to be a much better cook then I ever was. I owe a Heart felt Thank you for that.

I love the difference from him screaming at people in Hell’s Kitchen, being extremely nice to kids in the kid cooking one, and then seeing him by himself. It’s awesome

I have never been a fan of breakfast. I have to force a bowl of oatmeal down my hatch every morning. However I could absolutely see myself making those spicy pancakes. I have everything for them. Those have my attention big time. Not an everyday thing of course but weekend breakfast for sure. Apparently I would fit right in with Indian cuisine at least thier breakfast dishes. The Pan cakes reminded me of Masala Dosa,

It is the white membrane that contains the capsaicin and not the seeds. The seeds are attached to the membrane.

I use 3/4 milk and 1/4 yogurt for sweet and 1/2 - 1/2 for salty food - they're always amazing! Even the first one! 8)

Handy tip.. remember after you've taken the pan out of the oven, to leave a towel on the handle!!!!!!! I'd forgotten that I had my pan in the oven, the handle was so hot it took about 5 seconds for me to realise how hot it was!
