You are the only chef on youtube who tells his recipes with honesty and openness. Other chefs are smart enough to skip the important techniques, that is why whenevr i have tried your recipes i have excelled in those dishes. But following others recipe was not so fruitful. Moongdhal dosa you can add some rice. Moong 1: (1/2 or 3/4 ) rice so it can be easy made for breakfast n consumed it will not become heavy tummy to eat. Everyone will enjoy eating more dosas. I love all of your recipes.
