Thanks Fam , For the hoopers young and old. If you want to get better buy the programs . I’ve been doing them for a few months now and I can walk into a gym and take people to school. It’s worth the money and put in the hard work you will get the results you want!! I have along way to go but I will be playing for a team one day

What programs would you recommend? I’m new and just did my first ever game yesterday, although it wasn’t a full game coach was just grading us against other teams. I really want to improve because I know I can shoot by myself.

1. Arm's length away, shooting position, shoot and defender tries to contest. Originally defender hands are down 2. 2 arm's length away, keep dribbling normally,once offense does a skill move like cross or between the legs,hell immediately shoot after the move and defender has to contest as soon as he sees skill move 3. Start from outside court in line with the free throw, once offensive player starts moving defense will too and offense will stop anywhere and make a shot

XXXDRAINŽ NASO no make sure your working ok your game and try to join an aau team like eybl or uaa those are top aau in the country that college coaches look at every game all colleges also use recruiting services like captain u and search for them also you can search for what college you wanna go online and call them and ask if send your highlights and games to the recurting coordinator to their email and join local special camps

Let me ask...will your shot change when shooting against a defender. I mean, does your natural shooting form have to be deviated in this drill or no?
