In this vlog, I’ll show you what my mornings look like nowadays. I am on my fitness journey so I try to follow a healthy diet and regular exercise with my trainer.
While looking for healthy food options I found @TrueElements It is a healthy breakfast & snacks brand with lot of products like rolled oats, muesli, healthy seeds and snacking options. My current favourite is their Rolled Oats because unlike other white oats it is not powdery. It is 100% rolled oats which is fibre rich so keeps me full till lunch.
Today I am making 3 recipes using True Elements Rolled Oats - Oats smoothie, oats omelette and oats upma.

Soaking oats overnight in water can help reduce phytic acid, an anti-nutrient in oats that can prevent proper digestion and mineral absorption. Soaking activates the enzyme phytase, which breaks down phytic acid, and also allows natural enzymes and other organisms to ferment the grain, which neutralizes more phytic acid. Soaking oats can also help break down starches, which can make the nutrients in oats more available to the body! Thats why we should either soak oats or dry roast it
