Question here are my sofa measurements 84.5Lx 37.5Wx 32H- my new apartment I'm told the door is 35 will my sofa fit please?

We recommend getting a couple more measurements: What is the diagonal depth? (see this article for reference on how to measure: furnitureacademy.com/how-to-measure-doorway-for-furniture-deliveries/) Also, ask your new apartment complex the width of the hallway leading up to the doorway. Based on the height, you should be able to turn the sofa on it's side/diagonally to fit through the door frame, but it will help to know those other dimensions before making a final decision.
