I looove that first dish! Please give a detailed recipe for it. I can’t quite get the chashni consistency right. And, shouldn’t the bread frying & chashni be prepared simultaneously rather than chashni afterwards? Because, if we follow the process you showed, bread will get cold & may not let the chashni seep into it, no?

I love love love your recipes But this time i find it very dangerous. First dish is mere diabetes and heart attack. Bread which is basically all purpose flour with no goodness in it, fried in oil, then dipped in sugar. Then more sugar syrup cooked with powdered milk. Please don't do this.
