I ate asian salmon for dinner tonight: maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and a bit of fresh ginger. Marinated it for about 3 hours and popped it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Grilled some asparagus to go with it... it was so YUM-MY! Thanks for the great recipes!

You know what. All this time I was scared to cook salmon. This year I said, Ima learning how to cook this fish because every video I see it looks so tasty. As soon as I cooked that salmon my son devoured it 🤣🤣🏂😭

I made the first dish last night (the one with the mustard and parsley)- wow. This dish is packed full of flavor and is incredibly easy to make. Instead of using a liquid broth though, I stirred a 1/2 tsp or so of chicken bouillon directly into the cream and then poured it into the pan.

Ok, I tried the first one (the one with Dijon) today. Didn't have cream (used sour cream) don't have fresh parsley( used dry) and plug it over yesterday's leftover plain spaghetti, and I got two thumbs up from my husband who doesn't like fish. So Two thumbs up to you for putting it out there.

I always air fry our salmon and make the sauce separately and then add the air fried salmon to the pan. I put a layer of halloumi cheese on the salmon when air frying.

Wild caught salmon is the best to eat! The higher price is worth it sometimes. Ya never know where farm raised comes from.

Wild is better...but if you can't afford or your market don't carry it, farm raised from Norway or Canada is VERY GOOD! not to mention full of favor and its impossible to over cook coz of the fat in it. ;)

Thank you Sara Lynn. Having grown up on the west coast of Canada I hated salmon as a kid because it was a cheap, day-before-payday meal. But I do love salmon now and I will definitely try these.
