Welcome back to Watsram Ventures! In this video, we're making three delicious and high-protein vegan breakfast recipes that are perfect for starting your day right. Join me as we whip up a Tofu Scramble, Sourdough Avocado Toast, and Overnight Oats. Each recipe is packed with nutrients and bursting with flavor. Recipe 1: Tofu Scramble
Ingredients:
Fresh cilantro
Sweet peppers
Onions
Garlic
Basil
Spinach leaves
Grape tomatoes
Garlic powder
Turmeric
All-purpose seasoning
Olive oil
Firm tofu
Instructions:
Prep Ingredients:
Chop the cilantro, sweet peppers, onions, garlic, basil, spinach leaves, and grape tomatoes.
Display prepped ingredients with garlic powder, turmeric, and all-purpose seasoning.
Prepare Tofu:
Open 16oz. tofu package and squeeze out the water by hand.
Crumble tofu into a bowl.
Cook:
Heat a splash of olive oil in a pan.
Add onions and sweet peppers, cook until softened.
Add crumbled tofu to the pan.
Add grape tomatoes and spinach leaves.
Season with garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, and turmeric.
Mix everything together well.
Add chopped cilantro.
Plate the tofu scramble and enjoy!
Nutritional Info:
Tofu is a fantastic source of protein, with about 10 grams per half-cup serving. This scramble is also loaded with vitamins and minerals from the fresh veggies.
Recipe 2: Sourdough Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
Slice of sourdough bread
Avocado
Grape tomatoes
Spinach leaves
Red onions
Cannellini beans
Salt
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Pepper flakes
Olive oil
Instructions:
Make Sourdough Bread:
Prepare the dough and let it rise.
Score the dough and bake until golden brown.
Let cool and slice.
Prep Ingredients:
Mash cannellini beans with a bit of salt.
Cut and mash avocado with garlic powder, black pepper, pepper flakes, and salt.
Slice red onions and grape tomatoes.
Assemble Toast:
Spread mashed beans onto the sourdough slice.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add spinach leaves and sliced onions.
Spread mashed avocado on top.
Top with grape tomatoes.
Serve:
Plate and enjoy this nutrient-dense, flavorful toast!

Avocados are full of healthy fats and potassium, while cannellini beans add fiber and protein, making this a balanced and satisfying breakfast.
Recipe 3: Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
Old-fashioned oats
Chia seeds
Almond milk
Agave syrup
Strawberries
Blueberries
Peanut butter protein powder
Instructions:
Highlight Protein Content:
Peanut butter protein powder (8g protein per serving).
Old-fashioned oats (5g protein per serving).
Prepare Oats:
Add oats and chia seeds to a bowl.
Mix in almond milk and agave syrup.
Layer in Mason Jar:
-Add a layer of oat mixture.
-Add sliced strawberries.
-Add another layer of oats.
-Add blueberries.
-Mix peanut butter protein powder with almond milk to create a paste.
-Add protein paste to the jar.
-Refrigerate overnight.
Scoop out overnight oats and enjoy!
