Psst...you can sew your sequins to neoprene with a sewing machine if you use a leather needle and upholstery thread using the zig zag stitch. Warming up the sequins in warm water before you stitch them on helps too!

It should, mine were the 22mm seashell sequins from ccartwrigh. Maybe make a test sample if you can spare a scrap piece of neoprene and a few sequins of each color. My cheap 100$ machine handled it just fine. The needles should not cost more than 5$ for a pack of 5-6, however you may need to change them once in a while, I was fine with a pack of 5 needles for my tail. It is really worth warming up the sequins in warm water, not hot, to prevent certain colors of sequins from cracking or splitting under the needle. :)

Stella the Siren I thought you had red it your hair but I wasn't certain. In a couple of your past videos I could see it clearly (I'll go find it in a second), but wasn't for sure if it was just lighting. I like to dye hair and do nail art and stuff, but only for fun. I'm actually studying to be a school teacher. I want to teach either grade two or three. I'm thinking of being a private or in-home teacher. I sometimes think of myself as Mary Poppins. She's who I aspire to be, lol.

That sounds amazing :) I wanted to be a teacher when I was younger, but later decided that I wanted to do more with performing arts. I was a dance teacher for a while though! And yeah the "this is fake" comments always crack me up. Like... were you expecting to see a real mermaid? =')

Stella the Siren right? Ariel used to be my favorite (as I'm sure is with all little girls) but then I came across you and was like "nope she's my new favorite now". The way you swim, oh my gosh. I could watch you for hours. You should do a live stream. I know you did one before but I think the underwater in the pool or somewhere would be awesome. Also, the one piece clown fish tail, the scorpaenida tail, and the goldfish tail are my three most favorite. I like the tails that are more "matte" and not shiny and sparkly. And ones that are really flowy and are more cohesive in pattern rather than rainbows, lol. I guess I like the more natural kind of tails. As a matter of fact, the one piece clown fish was the first video I ever saw of you. And I was like "whoa". Oh my gosh, you should make a koi fish tail! Oh that would be amazingly gorgeous. Ooh and you go vlog it like you did in the hour long tutorial a year ago. Also, how did that turn out? Like have you swam in it?
