Hey guys!!! This is a 3-hour Study With Me video with a smooth jazz music playlist, split into three 50/10 Pomodoros.
Here's three things I always find helpful for staying productive:
- Exercise at the beginning of your day
- Clear up your desk every time before working
- Enjoy your breaks, but stretch your body and rest your mind

Thanks for making this/these. I have a severe adhd, ptsd & anxiety diagnoses and just learned the term “body doubling” and didn’t realize until NOW how effective it can be to work “alongside” someone to stay focused. Just seeing you at your desk keeps me at mine.😂 I know that might sound wild but it’s true, I’m writing this on the 10 min break. Soo seriously, THANK YOU SO MUCH. 🥂 May you get everything you want out this life and so much more! Namaste❤

how many ads can you squeeze in this video? Not even half an hour in and I already had to deal with 10+ yt ads. Turn these off, don't monetize studying

I am really sorry. I am not monetising any videos. KZfaq just put ads in and I don't think I have an option to turn it off. I suggest to use AdBlock :)
