I have a friend who suffered from anxiety her whole life. I suggested running. She started running and since has hardly had any anxiety. It doesn’t have to running. It can be play, sports, swimming, bikes, running in place, push-ups, etc. It just needs to be physical exertion. Find something fun that makes you move! I hope this helps. Good luck!

What I love about this track is the combination of music and bird song. I play this while I'm journaling and writing, and sometimes while I'm trying to take a nap in the afternoon. I was traveling this past week and played it every time I came back to my room to rest. Peaceful and meditative. Great job. :)

Thank you so much for the video. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and this actually really helps to keep my mind focused on the beautiful things in life. Often times, these kinds of things will go unnoticed in our daily commotion, but the video served as a gentle reminder that beauty is all around us. I was just at a salon and watched the most amazing scenery with music. I just wish the videos would say where each place is.....?! I have never seen such rich greens and blues of trees and seas!!! What an amazing planet......!!! It makes me really think..... The natural conditions just allowed to evolve have created such beauty growth..... Letting nature do its thing no interferance, no harm....... I wish people would stop causing wars and destruction and focus instead on preservation of the health and abundance of this planet.

Thank you for uploading this video. Lately, I've been under extreme stress and anxiety. I'm anxious because of my anxiety and i've been losing weight without me trying to lose weight. I love eating but now its not the same as it used to be. I'm always bloated. So this video and music helps me alot when I'm anxious. If you are in a same situation like mine, I wish for your happiness and peace of mind. I will also do my best to be strong.

I love it! It helps me with anxiety, and depression. It relaxes me and I watch it before bed to help me relax. I show it to my neice and she loves it! Sometimes I even show it to my lizard :3. Thank you for making such a nice video
