I’m on the autism spectrum so it’s really hard to calm down my thoughts and my brain when it’s time for sleep, or when I know I have to sleep because I have stuff to do the next morning. I hate when rain sounds like this have music in the background because it always wakes me up rather than put me to sleep and this video is just perfect. Played it to sleep last night and was out like a baby! Calmed and quieted my mind.

This is by far the BEST water video out there. Just trickling, no music, not a rushing waterfall or river. Has helped me with my migraines sooooo many times!

On March 26th 2022, just past midnight, I was laying restless in bed, and I had a heart attack. My arms became tingly and numb, then my chest got tighter, and then my heart felt like it was being crushed. So I sang out to God and Jesus, about my pain, my feelings, my faults and my inabilities. As I sang, I began to feel like a river, and His hand's fingers where skimming the surface, separating the waters, causing ripples through my body. Then His hand reached inside, and lit my heart on fire, the heat moved like waves through my body. When I was done singing, all the pain was gone, and I looked at the clock, it was past 1am, I had been singing near an hour. Then the voice of my guardian angel called my name from above, and there was a hymn of energy in the air, the same hymn I hear in my dreams of God. Hallelujah for the Lord my God! Hallelujah for His son Jesus! Hallelujah for every day! Hallelujah for every breath!

This is amazing. Most river sounds etc. are too harsh for my liking, and the gentler ones generally have this esoteric "whaaaaa" music in the background, but this is perfect. I can actually almost smell it, the moving water on the rocks, on a sunny day. It's amazing.

When I was a child in the 60's, our family would go to a camp in Yosemite every summer "Camp Toulumne". We'd always get a cabin next to the small river that passed through it. At night? THIS is what we'd hear!! And it was a wonderful thing to fall asleep to - and to wake up to. This is a good one!
