I love that you don’t have to hoard up this scraps. Use them as soon as you have a stash. She is awesome. I’ve made them for bath room, bedroom, kitchen, porch, seat of my car,patio furniture. I never have worry, with all the different color fabrics they go with anything. Thanks so much.

Thank you for this tutorial. Since having cancer and having only 2 12 years to go to be declared cancer free, I have green leaves as my signature now as they represent new healthy growth to me. I am going to make this beautiful leaf pattern in greens. I will make it larger for a decor pillow for myself. You touched my heart when I saw you were making a leaf. 💚 🌿 💚🌿💚🌿

Also another thing I do is I start to piece the scraps together and don’t care how large it gets. This way I have it ready if any projects come up. Saves time. You can make pillow cases, tree skirts, sofa pillows, pot holders. I cut half a dish towel and use half of scraps, colorful dish towels for Christmas or gifts.

Batting or wadding. You can buy thermal wadding which is heatproof. If you don't want to spend any extra on this, just use an old towel or facecloth.
