Got to have a stand alone battery for the motor. That is always been what we have for our bass boats. Plus being able to start the motor you can recharge the other battery(s) and fish longer.

When we were kids my Dad taught us to never go hiking or dirt biking or jet skiing alone. Always go with someone else. Maybe you guys should always take an extra boat. 😉

Because of deflection. Always aim lower when bow fishing. Not directly at your target.

2 tips. 1) run your outboard on a deep cycle so it has its own battery to run you home. And 2) if you can't start your outboard from a battery take your outboard cover off and there's 99% of the time there is a cord to manually pull start your outboard with under the hood

I have been told when u are bow fishing the deeper the water than the lower u aim at the fish. So aim lower than the fish

@@justkeepswimmin They do have water in the tank tho... and I know that some bony fish have the ability to breathe without moving or even breathe air. But I have no clue whether carps and whatever the first fish was are bony or cartilaginous fish🤣...
