I watched a KZfaq video where they interview girls and one said at least 5' 10" is required, so sedat is just under that maybe she wouldn't notice but that's crazy the expectations of some women. Crazy though going from around 5'2" to about 5'10"

Barely. If your span was any shorter or you wanted more height you would end up disproportionate.

Yes. Your spine compresses as you age. Your posture gets worse also so you appear to be shorter.

Yes it is but on the safer side Mostly people do quadrilateral 5cm in tibia 8 in femur means 13cm But with your best care and doctors prescription you can go for 10,10 cm each ...but maybe 15 is ok bruh ....
