My 3-ingredient Nutella brownies recipe is easy and delicious! These brownies are fudgy, chewy, and chocolatey, so they're guaranteed to satisfy any craving. But best of all, these brownies are made with only 3 ingredients--Nutella, eggs, and flour--as well as an optional dash of salt. After mixing everything together, the batter is poured into a greased 8x8 casserole dish and then baked for half an hour. I made these brownies for a group of people, and everyone raved about how delicious they were: and when I told my friends that they only had 3 ingredients, they couldn't believe it.
In terms of flavor, these brownies definitely had a strong chocolate flavor. The Nutella was definitely there, but it wasn't as strong as I was expecting it to be, so this recipe would be perfect for people who want some quick chocolate brownies but who aren't crazy about Nutella.
I don't really have any criticisms of this recipe, except for 2 things to point out. First, the batter was a lot harder to mix than I was expecting, so make sure you have a big, strong spoon to mix everything together. So, make sure your Nutella is room-temperature so that it's easier to mix.
Additionally, while not necessarily a bad thing, these brownies were not super thick. While they were probably the thickness of normal brownies, or perhaps a little less, I still thick it's good to point out for people who are thinking of making this recipe for a crowd: it would be easy to eat 2 or 3 of these treats, so plan accordingly.
Although I think this recipe is perfect as-is, I'd like to try adding a teaspoon of vanilla and/or a teaspoon of instant coffee at some point. I also think that Nutella cream cheese frosting would be great on these, so that's something to explore another time, too.
These easy 3-ingredient Nutella brownies would be perfect for an afterschool snack, holiday party, or just because, so this is definitely something to keep in the back of your mind for when you need a quick dessert--especially if you're a beginner cook.
