3 ingredients last-Minute dessert, in just 5 minutes ! no oven , no gelatin! surprise you family !
ingredients :
6 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups of milk (600ml)
3/4 cup of sugar (160g)
you can add 1 tbsp of liquid vanilla or 16g vanilla sugar (optional)
caramel sauce (optional):
1/2 cup of sugar (100g)
4 tbsp of water (60ml)
some candied cherries and a mint leave for decoration.(optional)
enjoy it !

Flan casero, le llamamos en 🇦🇷. Unas gotas de vainilla a la mezcla. Se puede acompañar con crema chantilly o dulce de leche. Es muy rico. Gracias por tu receta.

@Marc Millis If you look at these recipes regularly, you'll spot the rubbish in the titles, for number of ingredients and time to make. Even the "my husband asks me to make this 3 times a week". Yeah, right. I just look at the photos and decide whether to click.

Never seen Flan cooked on a stove we always put in oven with water bath. We add a block of soften Philly Cream Cheese and make a flan Cheese cake. It's amazing . Cuts down on the sweetness. Try that. You will love it. 😋😋😋

That sounds so yum! Is it the same proportion of ingredients? How much cream cheese to 6 eggs and 1.5 cups of milk? I'm thinking of modifying this recipe and trying with maybe 4oz of cream cheese added to this recipe.

@@fasciata yes just add the cream cheese as you mentioned. We just throw everything in the blender so it's smooth " . Make caramel as mentioned . Then pour blended mix in. I'm from South America we make it easier. You can also use condensed milk instead of sugar in flan mix. Experiment with that next time. Add your own twist.

Bellissima ricetta! Io preparo questo dolce da tempo e per velocizzare i tempi, lo metto in uno stampo di metallo e lo faccio cuocere nella pentola a pressione. Bastano solo 12 minuti a partire dal primo fischio. Non è neppure necessario sporcare un'altra pentola, basta fare il caramello direttamente nello stampo in cui si versa la crema e non occorre coprirlo con il foglio di alluminio. Si risparmia tempo ed energia, si sporca meno e non si spreca alluminio.

Yeah. I hear ya. Bake for 50 minutes, let cool for a couple hours. The video is a little less than 5 minutes, though.
