Soft, creamy and delicious Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream with only 3 ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups (400g) fresh or frozen strawberries
1 can (397g) condensed milk, chilled
2 cups (500 ml) whipping cream, chilled
Red food coloring (optional)
PROCEDURES
- Cut 1 1/2 cups strawberries into halves to puree. Cut the remaining 1/2 cup into small pieces, set aside for later use.
- Add the strawberries and condensed milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Beat the cream until almost stiff peaks form. Add the strawberry puree mixture, just whisk to combine.
- Add reserved chopped strawberries, stir to combine. Add more if desired.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring, its optional.
- Pour into an airtight container and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- To serve, thaw for 5-10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
