Great video! I got my license in Oct . ‘22, and I need all the advice I can get! I am new to Instagram and I have been trying to make reels for real estate, but the learning process is taking a toll! Super info! Probably a silly question...but, what kind of lighting do you use? You always look so good. Also, where can I find tips on how to make a good video? Do you ever use a gimbal?

Hey there! Wow, thanks so much :) I can't take credit for any of the equipment here as nowadays I film in a studio! Otherwise I'm on my desktop webcam in my home office, where I do use a light ring.

What’s the difference between Reels and Stories?

Stories disappear after 24 hours and are (for the most part) only presented to people who already follow you and those who seek you out (as long as your profile is public). Reels are going to get pushed out to brand new audiences who don't already follow you, so it's a great way to get more exposure.
