Sam Pilimatalawwe you can make it too, is really just sour milk. you can add about a tablespoon of either apple cider vinegar, or freshly squeezed lemon juice (for cooking it can be bottled, but not for skin, it doesn't work as good), and let it sit a few minutes until it curdles.

make a paste of sour milk, sandalwood powder, honey & aloe vera gel and apply for 20 mins .rinse off with lukewarm water ..do this every alternate day :)

include more green veggies into your diet ..cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, celery , spinach, drumstick, cucumber .. a bowl of salad must in winter, sip warm water before every meals ..eat plenty of citrus fruits and a glass of aloe vera and lemon water in the morning works as an appetite suppressant and helps in weight loss :)
