Great job breaking down three fundamental aspects of shooting a basketball, coach. Outstanding! I had never heard of the finishing elbow position on the shooting arm in relation to proper arc of the shot. That's one I will use in teaching. Your presentation and the content is understandable, focused and clear. You make your three points AND you show ways that they are detectable and correctable when they are not executed correctly. Great job!

You should land with your feet going forward not exactly where you started from - Sweep and sway . Shoulders should sway back as finish as well. Watch the greatest shooters - they always sweep forward with their feet and shoulders swayback. ...

On the tip about no hip shifting into he shot, I would say that Stephen curry is a perfect example of how it can be used to have more power and precision
