These are 3 lacrosse scooping drills to use so that you never miss a ground ball again.
As I coach I always have a saying with my players. Ground balls win championships. I also like to say that there's no skill involved with the ground ball, it's just heart but actually there is some skill involved and today we're going to go over that.

What's up man, it worked great! It definitely helped them get low and really attack the ball. Overall, I think I am going to use this with a lot of our guys way earlier!

Your videos are incredibly helpful! Can you do a video on how to regain control of the ball when you have 4 or more players huddled around the ball fighting for control?

I love this series of drills. Ground balls are simple when you get low, never would have thought to take the head off to force them to get low.
