Next time you build on a custom-placed lot, could you please show us where you placed it from MAP VIEW so we can place it more precisely?

the lack of lag/stutter/buffering you get with create-a-style, is your computer a beast? hahah -edit- i checked your bio and omg lol nice CPU haha

For the lighting, I never thought of it as a glitch, as for some reason I always assumed that since when you move the first family in a freshly generated neighborhood it's always morning, so the warmness is from that, but whenever you change lighting when in build/buy mode on an unoccupied lot skipping the live mode entirely it should default to switching between 12pm/12am; but as I watched your video I realized that the direction of shadows didn't change at all. It's really one of those things that becomes weirder the more you think about it. I kinda came to the comments section really hoping to see someone would explain it with a "oh yeah it's a known quirk! here's a link to the thread on mts forums on how we discovered why it does that" lol

I know all of your buildings are great because no matter the style I always love them.

I love how lots in ts3 have dimension and aren't flat unlike ts4..... Amazing build!

I get amazed by how perfect your constructions end up being. When I was a regular player of Sims 3 (with no knowledge of architecture whatsoever), I've always tried to build a good modern house, despite not even knowing this name. However, my attempts always ended up in a boring-squarish house, with the same painting and flooring, since I always got tired before concluding it. Anyway, great video, mate!
