One of my absolute FAVORITE videos Mrs. Brooke. These I love to use in my homeschooling. I could sit and watch you go through every egg in the farm. It's fascinating and what a precious thing to see life begins and grow, to show how precious life is, what goes into the life of even aa bird. It's not something to take for granted. Goose eggs are huge! Of course not as large as Goldie's eggs. In my mind I was comparing the size of grown chickens to ducks to emus. This video taught a 73yr old (me), something while being entertained. I call that 'accidental learning' and it's the best! I always enjoy Brooke's channel. I regularly check for new posts, just in case notifications aren't working.

Brooke, I love your channel. Not only is it entertaining but educational. I enjoy seeing the girls side of life on the farm. I'm so proud of how you help in the garden considering how you didn't really care about growing plants at first..

45 years ago when I was in second grade we got to candle eggs and hatch them. I still remember my egg and chick. We each had our own in the incubator and everyone's hatched. I am sure our teacher made sure each of us would have a chick. After they hatched all the chickens but two went to a farm. The two we got to name and take care of until the end of the school year. My school had access to a farm and that farm gave us a coop and it moved around the playground with the two chicks. My school did this every year even when my kids went there 25 years after me. I hope the Crowns egg hatches and I hope and pray Nugget sits!

I ALMOST feel guilty, sitting here on my couch, sipping my Cog Hill Pecan Coffee. ☕️ , while Brooke does all the work. 😊 I used to have a whole farmyard filled with Murray McMurray chickens, turkeys and ducks..plus horses, dogs and cats, when the kids were young.
