Three men were arrested Wednesday in Delray Beach after a mail carrier was targeted and robbed at gunpoint earlier this year in Boca Raton.

2000 check washing cases equals 2000 felonies. 2000 VICTIMS The State needs to start charging the cases to fit the crime. 2OOO FELONIES would guarantee these guys never get out of jail and shows the next guy he's risking his/her life behind bars for doing the same crime !
