I'm so happy to see you're covering the Vietnamese auto scene Chad. 2 years ago, K Supper was a Ford dealership! So cool to see how much has changed since then. You absolutely nailed it with the 3 different lucrative fields. They must be a real estate tycoon, investor or be involved with manufacturing. Afterall, TONS of products are manufactured in Vietnam. Their economy is amongst the fastest growing GDP in the world. It's also nice to see these three major fields involve re-investing into their country. Vietnam is prospering at a tremendous rate and it's showing. I do have to call out one mis-hap... @9:50 the bitexco tower (which, btw, is what the Stark Tower was modelled after) is not the tallest building in VN. That honor goes to Landmark 81 (which had a lambo showcase/dealership when I was there) Landmark 81 in itself was modelled after the Burj Khalifa. I love how you shined light on VinFast. Vingroup is one of the largest manufacturers for outside companies so they're taking that knowledge and experience and attempting at their own brand (in this case, Vinfast) It goes to show what not only they, as a company, but as a country, are capable of achieving. Vinfast's initial quality wasnt all that great from what I remember hearing/seeing/reading about. But all new companies are going to have a rocky start. I just appreciate that you covered this company as it's a reflection of Vietnam as a country ! (to an extent)

Loved the video. Wish you had more Vietnam content. BTW, the tallest building in Saigon is now Landmark 81 not the Bitexco Financial Tower you pointed out (81 floors vs 68). Its developer was Vinhomes, part of Vingroup with also owns the VinFast, the car company. In the US, VinFast is planning to sell the cars, but lease the battery. It'll be interesting to see how that goes.

Check out vung tau, spent some time there for work. Used to be a 45 min boat ride on the hydrofoil, I think they quit running. Just a couple hours taxi to the east . Petro house hotel or Rex hotel. Due duck inn bar , the red parrot bar , so many places

😎👍 🇺🇸 A friend of mine has a 1969 authentic Ford GT40. It one of the most athletic replicas you can get. Aluminum 427 5 speed. It brutal. Has the same brakes and suspension from back in the day. I could be wrong on the year but I think it's a 69. Blue with the white stripes. I think he paid 108k for their 5k mile demo car. Shipped from Florida. He commutes to Seattle from Monroe Washington occasionally and uses it as a daily. Thanks for sharing. Bucket list destination for sure. 🤘✌️

Yup. They are opening a plant in North Carolina. About a 20 minute drive from my house.
