If your phone supports the second space option you can use Gestures on any third party launchers with a bunch of tweaks but the best thing to do in a Xiaomi device is to use a custom rom . I am commenting from a custom rom too and it's so much better than stock hyperos

You can actually recreate any of these setups on your redmi note 11 pro, you just need nova launcher and KWGT widget PRO app. I have explained in the end on how to recreate the setup
