Am I the only one who chose this because it was the shortest ab workout and was like "Oh it's only 3mins shouldn't be too hard." but ended up getting tired half way through

These Exercises, are not Safe, they are Dangerous, and cause Back Problems, injuries, and Permanent Disabilities. I did all of them except for the V-Crunches. They were like mega hard. "I can do it if I try." *tries* Falls back on the floor, hurts back and the hands come crashing down like a meteor. *Mayday! Mayday!*

There are several factors needed in programs for building 6 pack abs quickly. One place I found that successfully combines these is the Toms Magic Shortcut (check it out on google) it's the most useful guide i've heard of. look at all the super info .

I'm gonna do this every day morning and night for a couple of weeks and see if it works! I've already done it for one day combined with a butt workout, so it's 6 minutes instead of 3 and I feel like it's already been doing some difference!!

I did a 37 minute cardio workout before this, and I have to say it really helps you get through this whole video. I just did this video twice in a row and my core is still not burning as much as my legs

just finished working out from this video and I completely finished it no problem at all now I'm super tired I'm a 14 year old teenager who's a gymnast and I haven't been in gymnastics for a month already so I want to stay in shape so I decided to try this and I already have a 4 pack but there not very noticible so I want to get a more flatter stomach and get my abs more noticeable this workout is totally worth it I'm going to do this every night till September and see my results by September and if I like the way I look I'll keep going

In my opinion that is ONE of your Best Belly Workout. Everytime when i do that five minutes Workout my stomach gets bigger (my Handles get bigger)! But when I do this Workout first: I feel better and secondly my stomach get flatter:) Thank you Rebecca

Melody An exercise this short is SUPER intense. Absolutely not for an begginer. I love the workout in her own channel, start with 15 or 10 minute abs.
