I just played my first game of Vi as top. Absolutely stomped with her, but I'm also in wood league. Can she be a toplaner or did I waste her potential? And a follow up question: I was going into fights with my E already pressed so that it would go off with my R. Was this a misplay?

She can definitely play top and she does pretty well into ranged top laners in my opinion as she has guaranteed engage with her ult! I would hold off on pressing E before hand as you can get the extra damage by using it as an auto attack reset which works amazingly on her as it’s two stacks of her W!

So i use lolalytics to get my build and notice your item recommendations are way different. Is lolalytics worth trusting??

I would advise using league of graphs just because it’s objective stat data! But yes this video was when she was played assassin but her bruiser build is better at the moment!

I mean everything scales everything of course, but high base damage and low scaling along with being a pick champion is everything a mid game champ would want no?

He said "compared to other junglers". A Vi isn't going to outscale an evelyn or a fiddlesticks.

how come Fiddles winrate drops as the game goes on whiel vis increases? scaling isnt only about the champs damage, Elise has good scaling damage yet is regarded as the early game queen@@netnooker

@@bobfake3831 because vi's job is to get her laner's fed, whilst fiddles is to maintain his meijais and get a 5man ult. If vi did her job, her bot or mid is fed and they scale into late and win. If fiddles does his, he can snowball, take objectives and all but guarantee a win. But if he dies, loses his stacks, and gives a 1k shutdown then shit changes. Vi in the lategame is a cc bot and nothing else. Late game scalers are at their strongest at 3 items, once everyone starts getting closer to level 18 that advantage begins to dissipate.

@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends its not easy at all a simple mistake can kill u within seconds u just need to be like snake with her and dont let enemy team expect from which side u will dash into them especially if u Q adc she will die insta with infinity stuns and even if u think u will miss Q, R Auto attack E, Q, E and thats what makes her useful af in teamfights especially late games too

im low elo, so any Vi i see sucks, its kinda like how in low elo, kinda like when i see someone lock in malphite or azir, i know they lost their lane @@3MinuteLeagueofLegends

Vi in general is really bad atm she was a lot stronger when turbo Chen tank was an mythic item cuz it was the only build that let her be a tank and deal dmg like an assassin/bruiser and her item variety for mythics are basically just 2 divine sunder and eclipse which is sad and depressing, might hop on GoreDrinker + spear of Shojin trend with w max honestly
