A lot of international students in Australia chooses to stay back in Australia and apply for their permanent residency in Australia.
In this video, we have explained some of the common mistakes people make when it comes to Australian PR. A lot of international students in Australia can be easily misguided with no proper information or can not make it a priority to understand a pathway to their permanent residency.

One question maite. If one has a proper job in IT domain in Sydney, it it a wise decision to move out to Adelaide just for additional 5 points? Moving out would obviously fetch you 5 extra points for regionals, but if one would have to miss out the points for 'professional year', would it be sensible to move out? If the case is pretty much same as yours, and one is in delema between points of 'professional year' or 'regional' , what would you suggest?

This is like a catch 22 because the Australian government offers students a path to permanent residency if you study in Australia but then when you first come in you have to say I’m only here temporarily so why even offer the option in the beginning you know it’s like it just doesn’t make any sense because it’s like it’s like saying oh well we offer a chance for you to be a permanent resident but when you come here you have to say that you’re only here temporarily and that you plan on going back to your own home country so I just doesn’t make any sense how how they’re playing this out it’s just it’s really confusing and it would make anybody confused the way they word things

You would have to get a job first, and there are no jobs for accountants in Australia. Far too many students go for accountancy, when Australia want very clever people who can study engineering, or the menial jobs, like personal care They also like you to do your masters degree, or even PHD. The aged care homes are full of Shri Lankan and Indian people, because that is all the jobs that are available. Australians don’t care to work in aged care.

TR is one-time visa, the most person who can't qualify for PR and don't want to go to their home country switch back to another student visa - Yep strange but that is happening

Check it on Google bro that how points are calculated for pr for ex. 20 points for ielts scoring etc. And then u will get answer that is it possible or not

@@gagandeep5803 I have calculated my expected pr points, the total of which can be from 85 to 100 depending on few things. In his video he said that it's not possible to get a pr in Melbourne and for that you have to move to a regional area. My question here is what if one can get a good pr score while working and living in Melbourne, is there a chance to get a pr there ?

Yes Perth, Darwin, Goldcoast, Hobart, Adeliade all regional now (Only Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are City area as per immigration rules)
