A great reminder to hold the line. Push shot drills will improve eye/hand speed. Have to hold the paddle out in front of you and keep the paddle up!

Great instructional thank you! On a production note the sucky music throughout is really distracting and annoying. I want to turn it off or way down, but then I lose out on the valuable commentary.

Take a few lesson in volleying in tennis, then your Pickleball volleying will improve greatly! There are a few volleying habits in Pickleball, that can't get away with in tennis.
