Wow your locs look absolutely gorgeous! In just 3 months??? That’s wild. I’ll be one week in tomorrow lol. I think mine will take a while to loc, as the front and crown of my hair are quite loose compared to my kitchen lol but I’m very encouraged by how lovely yours are! Thanks for sharing. I’m excited to watch your journey!

@@miramalone hi! At 5 months they actually started looking like locs and not just twists. I’d say at 12 months all of my kitchen was loc’d (I started with an undercut so it didn’t take as long), and then 15 months I was like okay I’m loc’d forreal. I’m 2 years in now and there’s still some locs that look fully loc’d but when I touch them I still feel the twist pattern at the bottom inch. But my locs dropped at around the 15 month mark too and now I have hella hang time so I don’t care lol. No one else can tell forreal. Just me!

i just started my locs like 2 days ago, i did the two strand twist method and i have 4c hair so i can’t wait cause i’m pretty sure it start to loc up quick how yours is in just 3 months
