Looking good. I'd recommend you don't remove any out buildings for the time being. Foe the sake of a few hundred euro to fix the roof, you'll potentially get some more space to turn into something else in the future. Once its gone it will cost tens of thousands to replace if you later decide you need sowing again. Just a suggestion. Enjoying watching you move in and bring life to an unloved house 😊

I would also prefer you talking to your viewers, the captions is to small, sometimes disappear in the background, or disappear quickly. People are usually fascinated with these videos, but they need some kind of interaction

Good video but would definitely prefer y’all talk while watching instead of having to read what you’re doing. I can’t do both at the same time. 🤷‍♀️😂 if you are going to continue with the captions, you need to darken the letters or at least make it bigger. It’s hard to read, especially for us older people. One last thing - do you not have a weed eater ( think y’all call them strimmers ) or a lawn mower? Those are very important things to have. Beautiful place but definitely needs some yard clean up.

Get yourself some cheap emulsion and paint rollers. Dilute it x3 and spend a couple of hours just slapping paint on the outside. I guarantee it will make everything look some much more welcoming and make everything else look more achievable

Passo a passo as coisas vão tomando forma. Não é nada fácil de início, se poderem comprem um cortador de relva para limpar o terreno, que vos vai facilitar muito essa tarefa. E também, se poderem, lavem a parede da casa com um jacto de alta pressão e pintem-na com um primário seguido de uma boa tinta. Não só por uma questão estética, mas porque as paredes, no estado em que estão, absorvem muita humidade. Esse telhado ainda vai dar muito trabalho, mas têm o verão para resolver esse problema. Continuem com o vosso bom trabalho.

Maybe talk a bit about what you’re wanting to accomplish. Engage the viewers, show your personality. As people see what you do and how you express yourself, maybe they will subscribe.
