Of course 3 properies are better than one if all the same price and all have capital growth.... Surely best option is buy 3 cash flow positive properties.

hes definately made a mistake as the cashflow positive shouldve been a high price as it receives more rent

But when you run out of cash to service debt, you probably need positive cashflow property only.

Haha this was perfect! I just finished reading 30 under 30 and was very focussed on all three areas. But was looking at some properties and saw they were slightly negatively geared or like $100pa positive but the instant equity was $20-$30k and I was like that's probably worth it. And now you've confirmed it haha

Hi Eddie what will happen if my holding cost is higher, about $800 a month. Do I need to hold this property, sell it or put extra money to reduce the mortgage repayment. Thanks

Hi Eddie I am about to receive Large Sum Money To Purchase Property again Looking at Perth /Brisbane option $350/400 range enough to buy Five properties it worth buying Than outright i don''t want leave money in the Bank and maybe get line Credit to buy more later whats your Opinoin?

What are you talking about. Please stop confusing people. Why are you comparing 3 properties worth $900,000 vs 1 property worth only $300,000. Ofcourse the $900,000 worth or properties is going to preform better. My 5year old son will tell you that

It doesn’t make sense because negative one is worth same as positive cash flow and market this same(growth) then simply better buying 3 cash flow positive. Absurd movie. Where is the stamp of duty etc and selling vostsy(tax and agent fee?)

If the option is 3 negative cash flow $300k properties or 1 positive cashflow....I choose 2 negative cashflow and the 1 positive cashflow 😆
