Do you know why im only getting a few perk points & skill points in the game at level 8 to 16? Im currently level 16 & only got like 4 or 5 points in general

One firearms youtuber talked about hunting whitetail deer with 9mm Luger Beretta 92. Unless it was even smaller round and Beretta. So - yes. That's to be said, not every country allows you to use handguns for hunting. Some allow to use it for coup-de-grace but not for the first shot. I think it is mostly US tradition but not i.e. European.
