Unfortunately for United it will not be easy to rid the club of the deadwoodward players. They are on MASSIVE wages and unless they’re out of contract or Saudi League teams come calling we won’t be seeing a lot of those players moving on. We are seeing the culmination of 12 years of bad contracts and horrible player recruitment. It’s going to take 2-3 transfer windows in my opinion. I don’t see a whole lot of European teams coming in for our players as their wages are so disgustingly high- and I don’t see guys taking pay cuts to leave. Maguire certainly didn’t want to last summer and why should he, it’s not his fault Ed Woodward and company gave him a massive contract and handed him the freaking arm band when he walked in the doors

Casemiro was playing out of position at centerback and we wonder why manu shipped 4 goals pass Crystal Palace. In the past when SAF had this kind of situation once, he needed to play carrick and fletcher at CB…manu then lost to Fulham 3-0…with a better team that time

Out of position, they guy ran out like a mad man slid in and the Palace player got past him, other times he was in defensive position, first on the ball and then got bullied off it. No idea why you think if he had played CDM he wouldn't have been bullied off the ball 1v1, when he exerted less energy as CB.

@@MrGts92there is more to being a CB than spending less energy.... the type of comunication is diferent, your position is crucial, you are the last line of defence with no room for a mistake, added pressure and a huge gap between you and your partner, the other CB.... if you had played in this position you would know this... Casemiro is an excellent CDM, once the best in the world, Ten Hag should never had played him as a CB

Casemiro and Varane both stated they came to Man U to play with CR7, they both have said they regret ever coming bc of what went down with CR7...that translates to their performances more than their ages. Malacia, Lindelof, Varane, Eriksen, Von de Beek, Casemiro, Ten Anthony Martial especially, Ten Hag...those are the gotta go personnel but most fans disagree. I am happy to hear reports Maguire will be extended, I also keep AWB, MCT I keep for his locker room presence if he is cool with a reduced role...other hard choices I would make but those are the gotta goes
