what i like about these is one of them can beat the other today but not tomorrow. it could be anyone’s game and that’s what’s so good about having a bunch of pros/trainers/elite players come together. good videos in the lab! 🧪

I like this "on the move to the spot for a catch and shoot". More realistic skill for game conditions. Player has to catch, set his feet, keep eyes on the rim and be in balance.

@@alienclawson2665 Oh ok...I get what your saying now. Yeah. Trea Young, Steph, Harden all have very one motion shots. The ball goes straight from the ground to their shots. Minimal pauses. Most of the power comes from the legs into the shot. Klay while smooth as fuck has a two motion shot. This means less of his leg power goes into the shot and he has to generate "new" power from his arms. So if he were to take a step back from as far as steph does he'd have to fire it super hard with his arms which would be hard to control therefore making it a tougher shot.
