In today’s video, we toured 3 pool homes for sale in the Kissimmee and Davenport Florida area, that are on the market for under 400k!

The second house is my pick. The layout and outdoor is very nice. It needs a kitchen update but still worth the money in my opinion.

I know this may be too late to make an offer for the property you showed in oak's community. But to just let you know this house met all our criteria's for an ideal home. It's depends on location. Some areas you can get a 3/2 for under 200k. But in most of my area that very hard to find. You will need at least 3.5% for a down payment.

As a Kiwi (New Zealander) I would love to move to Florida Gov DeSantis is the man, and wow you get so much more bang for your buck in houses than you get here. Why are all the pools "screened in" when you have such good weather, wouldn't it be hotter under the glass?

It is not glass. It is a nylon mesh. It keeps the pool clean and protects you against bugs.
