I didn't do demo teaching face to face before because of pandemic that's why I'm not confident enough to conduct demo class especially that I'm not pure education. My teacher before did not explain how demo teaching looks like, and I'm sad about that. I'm literature graduate, and still learning from life and the art of teaching --something I know I have a passion so I'm pursuing it ❤️.

Beautiful lecture about perfect teaching. I have 5 years experience teaching with international teachers working in ESK Cambridge board school, there I had many kinds of learning experiences during teaching. Patients and smile is very important for the teachers and hello good morning to the students make students starting day pleasure and helpful for study .Says good morning to the students with smile makes strong communication with the students for helping them good communication study.

Ma'am u said here about topic selection bt we can't select topic at the time of demo...it is given by management and only 15 to 20 minutes are provided.. then the presentation what we want to deliver perfectly , we are not able to do properly.. mostly school runs different different private publication (in English), so it will take time to understand the story nd how to explain this in demo class...so, time which is given actually is not sufficient...in that condition what should we do ma'am...how many of having same problem...like this msg so i get to , i m not only one who faces the same problem...

Nothing to worry, they will give a topic from your subject only. You might be having some knowledge in the same topic, so just remember the key points & explain in your own words/ style without any hesitation. Just be confident that you have knowledge 👍🙌

Thank you very much madam. Now a days , even though after giving good demo, management are not ready to take. Because they won't give us sufficient salary. If we compromise about salary, they don't worry about teaching and experience at all

Hello ma'am, during interview how to answer a question that interviewer asks, 1. How you will handle a trouble class? Whom will you report it to? How will you manage class control if there is a naughty kid or kids in classroom?... And for demo, Before giving instructions do i hv to wait for observer to come in?
