LOVE that you came up with ideas for people that didn't have things ... like racks. When I thought I've seen or done it all on the kettle I see this. Great idea! I always cook on the Weber and am amazed what others think of. Now I guess I'm buying ribs for this weekend.

Save yourself a lot of trouble, just buy a rib rack from Weber. Easily holds 4 full racks.

Perpetually Impressed. The weber rib racks doesn't fit in my 22" kettle, The stack method was the only way but requires more attention and time. This method is FAN-TAS-TIC and Iĺl be using it soon for a friend house party.

Just over lap an rotate I can cook 4 slabs of ribs on my 22.5 easy just over lap an rotate once wrapped they finish nicely

Really great ideas Appreciate the effort Have a question please If I have a window of 3 to 4 hours from finishing the cooking process till eating. How can I keep the Ribs worm and tender for this duration? Is wrapping in a aluminium foil then a Taweel can help? Thanks for all the help in advance

What open setting did you use 1/4, 1/3 over and under to maintain your temps?

I'm trying this method. I e watched tons of videos and this will be my first time Charcoal grilling ribs on my new weber kettle. Just bought the sticks to poke through the meat. Thank you for the great tips. Oh, did you have to turn them so the bottom facing ribs ended up facing the up? I was thinking I would need to poke new sticks in the meat to flip them.
