The moment I heard Everest I knew it was about the death zone. Hallucinations, heart and breathing problems, including paranormal sightings are normal in that zone for the high number of deaths. Even people who have managed to get on top sometimes wont survive their way down because of the loss of energy and poor oxygen level that their hearth cant take anymore. Edit : and the death zone is so messed up that authorities dont even try to get the bodies back.

Also, you physically can't climb Everest alone. It's illegal to climb Everest without a Sherpa and if you've been at base camp that will be enforced. Further, the writer of the story clearly doesn't know about camps 1 through 4 that ascend the mountain. No one is dragging someone passed out (which looks like dead on the mountain) 8Km down the mountain to base camp instead of to the 1km to camp 4. There's so many other problems with that story that make it obvious fiction.

I’m pretty sure in the first story it’s a mountain lion or cougar that’s making those sounds. They truly do sound like a woman being brutally killed, but it’s just a big cat, not particularly safer than a murderer but I definitely don’t think any woman was killed in the story. Still smart that they left the area though as those cats can attack humans

Last one kind of sounds like Wendigos to me. They say that anyone who resorts to cannibalism getting lost or stuck on the mountains that they will be cursed with the spirit of the Wendigo.

@Lolpy.
@Lolpy. 3 жыл бұрын
@@seandamonii5713 Actually the Until Dawn Wendigo is a relatively accurate representation of the Wendigo in Native American folklore, where they are described as giant humanoid creatures that have a foul smell. The appearance part is correct, but as to how a Wendigo is made in Native culture, it varied from tale to tale. Some legends just described them as evil spirits that just existed, others described them as punishment for people who are very greedy, or when in contact with a Wendigo for a long time you will turn into one, or even, like Until Dawn, cannibals will turn into Wendigos. So the Until Dawn stuff got it somewhat right.

@@Lolpy. I thought the rotting smell was the skin walkers? Anyway, wendigo, skinwalker, Sasquatch, dog men, whatever they’re called have some pretty crazy stories that I’ve heard, they’re fake though unfortunately.
