@@fab5254 nah becomes very uncomfortable to hold it. We already got phablet sized phones like find X5 pro and s22U. No need for bigger than that. Instead buying a tablet with flagship specs is much better for those who love larger displays.

Well the HDR is turned on to auto HDR by default, so you cannot expect it to work all the time and nah the pics aren't overexposed, it's actually because of the RGBW sensor of Sony 766 which is bringing in more light and the camera algorithm is generally brings in more light during low light condition, so the extra light it causing problems into it as the algorithm is using the extra light to glow up the image instead of dimming the extra light. Whereas Pixel 6 pro doesn't use an RGBW so doesn't need to deal with bringing in extra light. S22 ultra does bring in more light due to having RGBW sensor but Samsung's image processing is more on the darker side so it is actually able to dim that extra lighting and keep the image normal and not look glowing up. HDR on pixel phones are different level so can't compare with that but Samsung's HDR is kinda hit and miss. Sometimes it does really good HDR and sometimes it just forgets to use HDR ...same case just like Oppo

They have the Reno 8 which is a bit more compact than the pro model and their flagship but you do miss out the Marisilicon X npu , glass back and the near bezel less look on the pro model or you can consider the OnePlus's Nord series

I have oppo reno 5 at least 16 months and no problems at all with battery.

no need to worry about fast charging . Especially if the phone is a super VOOC supporting one. Speciality of VOOC tech, can make the adapter hot like a frying pan but keeps the phone's temp. lower than the competition's fast charging tech ✌️

I use a 10W charger for most charging, usually plug my phone in overnight and it lasts all day. I only use the super fast charging if needed. It can make the phone hotter than normal which if done every day isn't the best for battery life imo. Plus, those thicker cables required would wear out the way most people treat cables. I use a $10 magnetic cable for the slow charging

That is using SD 888. It's based on Samsung's architecture and Samsung's way is known for being the worst. So it's kinda the fault of Samsung not Snapdragon. 8gen 1 and 8+ gen 1 are based on TSMC's architecture.

Your evidence in this is their Find X2 and X2 pro which was released with Android 10 and ColorOS 7 and is getting colorOS13 this year. 2yrs OS and 3yrs security for Reno Series . K-series and F-series are expected to receive only two OS updates but sometimes it gives 3. And the A-series is kinda hit and miss. Some selected phones get 1 update while the others Don't.
