I started Gada training because of you, also I always have to flex right before the set, and sing “far from the fjords, and the ice cold currents” while performing my swings. I’ve never felt more powerful, truly rotational strength is what was missing from my routine

Thank you for swaying me towards buying a macebell. Something I’d seen but never known it’s purpose. Just completed my first 3 sets of 360’s. I started slow to learn the movement but I got comfortable with the motion pretty quick. Gunna incorporate more exercises as I get more familiar.

Such a versatile tool, just today found new love for my old lighter mace. Same movements, 10-2, cast to shield etc all done as slowly as possible. No momentum, all control. My shoulder muscles feel like they are on fire, my shoulder joints feel like they have been oiled with teflon 😊

Bought a 10 kg macebell a month ago. First it was very uncommon to handle. I started with easy movements to get a feel for it. I am training daily for at least five minutes, and challenged myself to improve little things. Now I can swing it properly but there are things I want to improve. It also affected me positively on my box training I do three times a week. Doing things you couldn't before is the best feeling!

I absolutely agree!! Not only can I swing the shit out of sledgehammer now in real life, which surprised me.. my shoulders have never felt this healthy. No clicks, no imbalances, no front delt pains.. the macebell program you offer was my first introduction to the macebell and have loved them ever since 💪
@Unboundly11 ай бұрын
How do you recommend the program? I've been swinging a month now made decent progress but been learning from his other vids ... would you still recommend? Also how intense is the 30 day program?
@bradpanopoulos748411 ай бұрын
@@Unboundly it was forth the time. It builds in volume as you progress. It also brought me from using a light macebell, macebells being completely new to me, to a 20lbs for all of my work. I primarily used my lighter MB and would work in some reps with the heavier MC. Would love a Macebell 2.0 lol
@Unboundly11 ай бұрын
Ok awesome could you technically use this then to keep working out daily from what you learn and the 30 day program. How many reps does it start with and how many does it work up to in the end of the workout?
@thesavagearmy11 ай бұрын
I promise you this 🤛🏽‼️
@bradpanopoulos748411 ай бұрын
@@Unboundly it doesn't necessarily program as sets and reps in that fashion. It's total volume per workout. There are some days with lighter volume and some with much higher volume and some with moderate. And absolutely you can keep using it.

I wish the Mace was just a little bit cheaper. Even 50. I would consider. I can get the Adex WITH weights for about the same price. Just saying.
@thesavagearmy11 ай бұрын
The Adex sucks, here's why. There is much power limit as to how much you can add. They uses their own weights instead of regular plates that you can order in much larger amount from Amazon with free shipping. I have tried them all before commiting to CK Maceworks - Code SAVAGE gives you 10% off your entire order - Let's fucking gooooo brother savage

Didn’t more plates more dates do a video on this guy lol. Dude here said something about protein powder being a tik tok marketing scam and supplements being scams. Even though protein powder, creatine and pre workouts are researched well enough to actually have results and extensive studies on them. But sure let’s all buy your steel mace 👍
