Oh by the way he’s been hiding his income and paying it himself says he won’t go to court to file it only way he can get out of it ! Hiding his income for last 7 years !

Isnt husband her landlord now & so must go through eviction.. my ex ( who divorced me knowing I never met his attorney or signed perjury Laden separation agreement , took the house in December ( I was full time stay home mom for 20 years w only his income as mine ) when he took house in middle of winter.. didn’t he effectively become my landlord at that point and therefore had to go through other eviction avenues ?)

And on that note, how could he & his lawyer write & enter a separation agreement that I never had part in creating or signing & actually told him & his lawyer in texts & phone calls that I vehemently opposed as it was full of lies . ( he Also divorced me knowing i had no idea a divorce hearing was taking place & I can prove it)

I receive alimony am disabled had to get part time job to make ends meat pay rent etc ! My ex getting laid off but will have unemployment can he go and modify the alimony I have it until I remarry etc ! Was married 30 years! Any help would be appreciated! He wanted me to agree to take a cut of more then half ! I won’t agree ! He won’t agree on what I said will work! I know they don’t count his girlfriend but she pays all the bills has a good job ! Her home so it’s not like he be on the street I would be !
